Thuringia and, in particular, Ilmenau is closely linked to the history and development of industrial glass processing. For generations, glass is blown in Ilmenau, the location of NORMAG Labor- und Prozesstechnik GmbH. This competence in glass, the continuous improvement of the production methods and the close long-term cooperation with the European chemical and pharmaceutical industry has led the development of our company. The production profile of NORMAG Labor- und Prozesstechnik GmbH includes today
- high-quality components up to the complete plant in the working / miniplant range as well as
- high-quality components up to complete plant in the kilolab / production range
The production profile is constantly developed together with our customers.

Our training courses on glass assembly convey knowledge about the material borosilicate glass 3.3 as well as practical assembly experience on glass plants.
You can find comprehensive information in our Flyer
Technician training for glass assembly in the pilot plant and production
This three-day training course takes place at our main factory in Ilmenau and is aimed at our customers' fitters and metalworkers who want to install,
maintain and convert glass systems. Training contents include an introduction to borosilicate glass 3.3 as a material for plant construction, flange systems, frames and glass components,
stress-free installation and compatibility. Depending on the background knowledge of the participants, we will of course also address specific wishes in detail.
|
|
In-house training for plant operators
The one-day training covers the procedure for minor repairs of pipeline components
and fittings and the basics of stress-free installation by one of our experienced glass installers.
